We include revision rounds in our service packages to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we will work with you to make adjustments within the scope of your service agreement.
Projects may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once design work has commenced, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement and may be subject to partial payment for work completed.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of project completion to discuss your situation.
